SUMMARY:
A well-established law firm in Pretoria East is seeking the full-time services of an experienced Bonds Secretary with specific expertise in Investec Group bonds, to join their dynamic team ASAP.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in bond registration and cancellation processes and be familiar with Investec’s compliance and operational requirements.

POSITION INFO:
Bonds Secretary (Investec Experience Required)
Location: Pretoria East, South Africa
Industry: Legal (Law Firm)
Experience: 5+ years relevant bonds knowledge
Employment Type: Full-time, office based

Key Responsibilities:

Handling Investec bond registrations, cancellations, and related transactions
Ensuring compliance with Investec’s bond processing guidelines
Liaising with banks, clients, and attorneys to facilitate bond transactions
Preparing and managing bond documents and securities efficiently
Conducting title deed and mortgage bond searches
Handling administrative tasks related to bond matters

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience as a Bonds Secretary
Mandatory experience with Investec bond processes
Strong knowledge of bond registration and cancellation procedures
Sound understanding of conveyancing processes
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in legal conveyancing and bank/bond software
