About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join a leading law firm in Noordhoek. You will manage a busy pipeline of residential and commercial property transactions, providing expert legal advice and ensuring smooth processes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a pipeline of residential and commercial property transactions.
• Provide clear, professional legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Draft and review contracts, sale agreements, and transfer documents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including estate agents, mortgage lenders, and surveyors.
• Resolve any issues that may arise to ensure timely and successful transaction completions.
• Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in conveyancing (residential and commercial).
• Qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer.
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work efficiently under pressure.
