About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join a leading law firm in Noordhoek. You will manage a busy pipeline of residential and commercial property transactions, providing expert legal advice and ensuring smooth processes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a pipeline of residential and commercial property transactions.
Provide clear, professional legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Draft and review contracts, sale agreements, and transfer documents.
Coordinate with stakeholders including estate agents, mortgage lenders, and surveyors.
Resolve any issues that may arise to ensure timely and successful transaction completions.
Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in conveyancing (residential and commercial).
Qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer.
Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a busy caseload and work efficiently under pressure.
