POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Lead the charge: Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, for a variety of exciting civil and bridge projects.
Bridge the gaps: Effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including Engineers, contractors, government agencies, and the community. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key.
Navigate the complexities: Tackle intricate project challenges with strategic thinking, problem-solving prowess, and a proactive approach. We're looking for someone who can anticipate potential roadblocks and develop effective solutions.
Engineer success: Ensure that projects adhere to the highest quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Your commitment to excellence will be paramount.
Deliver the goods: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your organizational skills will be put to the test!
Leave your mark: Contribute to the development and improvement of project management methodologies and best practices within the organization.

What You'll Bring:

A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional registration (e.g., Pr Eng & PMP certification) is highly advantageous.
Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in project management, specifically within the civil and bridge construction industry.
Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
A passion for building and a commitment to excellence.
