A well-established financial services provider is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Commercial Underwriter to join their dynamic team. This role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive underwriting experience in commercial insurance, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to assess and mitigate risk effectively.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- NQF Level 6 or higher qualification in insurance, risk management, or a related field
- RE5 certification
- 5 years of experience as a Commercial Underwriter (preferably in a senior role)
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with underwriting software and MS Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- FSCA accredited
