SUMMARY:
Are you a Commercial Litigation Secretary with 15+ years of experience looking for a new role? A dynamic law firm in Pretoria East is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented litigation secretary with HIGH COURT experience, to join their Commercial Department ASAP.

POSITION INFO:

Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior attorneys.
Managing litigation files, court processes, and drafting contracts, agreements and legal documents.
Dictaphone and copy typing.
Preparing, formatting, and proofreading agreements, contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
Liaising with courts, clients, and various stakeholders.
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Extensive use of Excel for case tracking, data analysis, and reporting.

Requirements:

-Minimum 15+ years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Secretary at a law firm
-Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Sound knowledge of High Court and Magistrate’s Court procedures.
- Excellent typing speed and document formatting skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professionalism, confidentiality, and a proactive approach.
