SUMMARY:
We have an opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer (PrEng) to join the Durban office of a respected global engineering consultancy.
POSITION INFO:
They are looking for a candidate with experience in medium to large scale property and industrial projects where they have played a directing role as a civil engineer, and is comfortable playing a client facing civil lead role on projects.
Requirements include:
- Professionally registration with ECSA
- Experienced in medium to large scale property and industrial projects
- Overall knowledge in all aspects of civil engineering, including bulk earthworks, roads, water, sewer, and stormwater design.
- Experienced in leading teams on multi-disciplinary projects
- Proficient in the use of civil engineering software, in particular Civil 3Dnad iDAS.
- Accountable for quality standards, legal and contractual aspects, commercial metrics, and client relations for the project
