Senior Chef de Partie

We are looking for a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join our client’s dynamic team and play a key role in their kitchen’s success.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the timely and consistent preparation of high-quality dishes.
• Oversee and guide junior kitchen staff, providing training, support, and feedback to help them develop their skills.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create new menu items and specials.
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Manage stock levels, order supplies, and monitor ingredient quality to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Ensure the smooth operation of your section during service, maintaining high standards under pressure.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen, preferably in fine dining or high-end restaurants.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of modern cooking techniques.
• Experience managing a kitchen section and leading a small team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Passion for delivering outstanding food and creating memorable dining experiences.
• In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
