Senior Business Specialist

SUMMARY:
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for managed services? We’re looking for a Senior Business Specialist to help us coordinate and develop centers of excellence (COE) that will serve across Africa. A known and successful telecommunications company has a 9 months contract open and recruiting.

POSITION INFO:
Role Responsibilities:

• Lead Development: Create and manage COEs for key areas such as managed cloud, security, connectivity, IoT, and more.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with 8 African operating companies to standardize processes and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Hands-On Execution: Roll up your sleeves to develop business cases, strategies, and compelling presentations that simplify complex ideas.
• Drive Standardization: Help foster reusability and speed in deployment by leveraging shared resources and investments across the group.
• Build Consensus: Use your strong analytical and persuasive skills to collaborate with diverse teams, navigating different market constraints effectively.

• 10 years of experience, from professional services or consulting firms.
• MBA and a deep understanding of enterprise managed services across multiple domains
• Present ideas clearly and effectively.
• Thrive in a multidisciplinary environment
