SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to drive business system improvements and digital transformation. This role involves solution design, AI integration, and process optimisation, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Responsibilities include managing complex projects, implementing AI-driven solutions, leading change management, and optimising business data for decision-making.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

12-15 years in system development and business analysis (FMCG/distribution experience preferred).
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Mathematics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in relational databases and SQL.
Proven track record in project leadership and business process optimisation.
Technical proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban; experience with .NET, C#, SQL, Syspro, and Tableau is advantageous.

Work Environment:
Hybrid model, based at the Stellenbosch head office.
