A client in the insurance industry is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years experience in this field and with strong ERP Skills

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

BCom (IS) / BCom Hons
Business Design / Business Analysis Diploma
SAFE Agile Certification
AGILE Development training

Requirements:

5 years experience minimum in a Business Analysis role
Financial services experience
ERP Systems experience
Knowledge and ability to apply Business Architecture and Business Process Management principles
In-depth knowledge of the full end to end services, systems and processes for life insurance
SDLC Knowledge

KPA’s:

Review, interpret and analyze business rules and requirements for technical systems
Responsible for business process design, mapping, and ongoing process improvement initiatives
Perform business analysis, business case development and the delivery of solutions
Reporting
Documentation
Develop operational service metrics
