POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop comprehensive business cases and project documentation.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and foster collaboration.
Use data analysis and modeling techniques to provide actionable insights.
Support project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, promoting best practices within the team.

Qualifications:

Completed Bachelor’s degree
6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
Experience with project management
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.) and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
