POSITION INFO:
Imagine:

Unraveling the mysteries of money: You'll dive deep into understanding how people think about and manage their finances, identifying the psychological barriers that stand in their way.
Designing impactful interventions: You'll use your expertise in behavioral science to craft innovative solutions that nudge clients towards better financial habits.
Leading experiments that change lives: You'll design and execute real-world experiments (RCTs and A/B tests) to measure the effectiveness of your interventions and prove their impact.
Sharing your insights: You'll communicate your findings to business units and stakeholders, translating complex behavioral science concepts into actionable strategies.
Becoming a trusted advisor: You'll build strong relationships with clients, positioning our BE unit as a valued partner in their financial success.
Making a tangible difference: You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of financial wellbeing for our clients.

What you'll bring to the table:

A passion for behavioral science and its application in the real world.
A strong academic background: A Grade 12/Matric/National Senior Certificate and an Honors Degree in economics, psychology, or social sciences.
Proven experience: More than 5 years of experience consulting in financial services or working in a financial institution, with demonstrated experience applying behavioral science within large corporates.
A knack for research: Experience conducting literature reviews, data exploration, and qualitative research.
Excellent communication skills: The ability to effectively package and communicate research findings to diverse audiences.
A collaborative spirit: A desire to work closely with business units and stakeholders.
A results-oriented mindset: A commitment to delivering impactful solutions and achieving measurable results.
