You’ll be writing the code that powers next-gen customer experiences, collaborating with our dynamic cast of frontend wizards, product visionaries, and design maestros
In this award-worthy role, you’ll be engineering the backbone of our cutting-edge platform, from high-speed APIs to microservices magic. Be the architect of robust data pipelines, optimize performance to superhero levels, and lock down security like Fort Knox. You’ll also be the mentor that guides junior developers like a sensei teaching their most promising students

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a back-end engineer
Proficiency with modern languages (Elixir, Go, Python, etc.)
Mastery of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
Deep understanding of microservices and monolithic architectures
Expertise with RESTful APIs or GraphQL
Solid knowledge of security best practices (OWASP Top Ten)
Containerization skills (Docker, Kubernetes)
Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
CI/CD pipeline knowledge
Experience with automated testing and monitoring tools
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Bonus: Experience with Elixir, Phoenix Framework, and OTP concepts
Bonus: Experience with data-driven and AI-focused architectures
