Required Qualifications, Experience and Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes):
- LLB or LLM Degree
- Admitted Attorney
- 6 years or more post admission experience
- Right of Appearance in the High Court
- Experience in one or more of the following practice areas:
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution.
- Competition Law.
- Administrative, Public and Constitutional Law.
- Compliance and Regulatory Law.
- Municipal Law.
- Insurance Law.
- Tax Law.
- ICT and Telecommunications Law.
- Excellent Communication (written and verbal) Skills
- Persuasive Writing Skills
- Emotional Intelligence
- Interpersonal Skills
- Leadership Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Research Skills
- Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills
- Project Management Skills
Required Attributes:- Adaptable and organised.
- Must be able to work on different projects simultaneously.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Must be able to run the litigation department independently reporting only to the directors.
- Willing to work extra hours in a high-pressured environment.
