POSITION INFO:

Are you an experienced architect with a passion for design and a strong proficiency in REVIT?

Main functions:

Lead the architectural design process for a variety of projects, from concept to completion.
Utilize your expertise in REVIT to develop detailed architectural drawings and models.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure design objectives are met.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and interns.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology.

Desired qualifications and experience:

B. Arch Degree or equivalent qualification.
Valid registration with SACAP as a Professional Architect (PrArch) is advantageous
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of postgraduate experience with extensive exposure to coordination, detailing and construction.
Demonstrated aptitude for complex construction detailing and coordination resolution.
Site construction experience and contract administration.
Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, BIM workflows and execution plans, and cloud-based collaboration.
