POSITION INFO:
As a Senior Architect, you will lead the conceptualization, design, development, and execution of projects from initial concept to completion. You'll work closely with our talented team to refine ideas, ensure design excellence, and deliver outstanding architectural solutions. This role also involves team leadership, client engagement, and project coordination to drive efficiency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
Lead project design, master planning, and architectural development
Develop project briefs, feasibility studies, and detailed design reports
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Ensure compliance with local planning policies, statutory regulations, and codes
Manage risks and ensure quality control throughout the design process
Mentor, guide, and support team members for professional growth
Oversee project execution, resource management, and design consistency

What We’re Looking For
Degree in Architecture with a strong portfolio across various project types
Chartered status (preferred) and international experience is a plus
Proven leadership in managing design teams and client relationships
In-depth knowledge of Maltese building regulations and planning policies
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Lumion – Revit experience is a plus
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
A valid driving license will be considered an asset
