TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS
- Tuesday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 / 10:00 - 19:00 (Seasonal Shifts)
- Saturday 09:00 - 14:00
- CLOSED Sundays, Mondays & Major Public Holidays

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- South African citizen OR valid working permit for employment in SA (we do not offer permits)
- CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
- DIPLOMA Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology
- BONUS - Dermal Aesthetics (not minimum requirement but nice to have!)
- Beautifully groomed, manicured and looking the part of an Aesthetician
- Confident and knowledgeable on advanced aesthetic services & trends
EXPERIENCE:
- At least THREE years post-graduation experience (not including work integrated learning / experiential learning) within the Spa/Beauty or Aesthetics industries
- Senior Therapist / Lead therapist experience preferred
- Cruise Ship OR international employment experience is favorable but not a deal-breaker
- high-end salon or aesthetic therapy experience
- Experience working with active ingredients
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Confident and skilled in all standard SKIN CARE services including Waxing & Tinting where required
- Confident performing a detailed skin analysis and maintain record of improvements
- Confidently perform advance skin care treatments, peels and resurfacing treatments
- Skin penetrating treatments including micro-needling / nano needling / Derma Pen / Skin Pen / CIT
- Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly
- Develop a treatment plan suited to client's concerns and conditions
- Retail confident
- Confidently re-book clients where applicable (this is an established vacancy so there are take-over clients to retain)
- Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
- Reliable & accountable - personally & professionally
