SUMMARY:
Our Client who specializes in Property Valuations is looking for a Senior Administrator to assist them.

POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional capable of handling a variety of administrative duties.The Senior Administrator will support the Director, Operations, Valuations department and Finance team, focusing on office management and general administrative responsibilities. As a key member of our team, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our office. The person needs to be a team player, work under pressure and handle large amounts of data.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage reception duties, including switchboard operations and welcoming visitors
Handle courier services for sending and receiving items as and when needed
Managing and ordering all office supplies including groceries, stationery, cartridges, paper and water
Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings
Oversee multiple Outlook inboxes
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Develop and maintain spreadsheets and internal databases
Attending to queries and resolving the issues
Typing, of forms, letters and documents as required by Director
Act as a liaison between different departments
Handle all general office administrative tasks, including paperwork and filing
Day to day Adhoc activities

Key Requirements:

Matric
2 years’ experience in a similar role
Own vehicle
Start immediately
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Work under pressure
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
