• Innovate & Lead: Oversee all aspects of product development and client experience, ensuring profitability and market alignment across various sales channels.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze product and client data to uncover insights, address anomalies, and refine product experiences with precision.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor competitor offerings and international market trends to shape cutting-edge, competitive solutions.
• Hands-On Analysis: Conduct experience investigations, modeling, and data analysis to design, price, and monitor product performance.
• Performance Insights: Produce comprehensive product health reports, presenting profitability insights to guide strategic decision-making.
• Expert Advisory: Provide high-level technical and actuarial guidance to clients and stakeholders.

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, with full Actuary qualifications (FASSA, FIA, or equivalent).
• Expertise: Advanced skills in actuarial modeling, product pricing, and statistical analysis.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a product ownership or management role.
