Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions across all company accounts and trusts.
- Conduct detailed analysis and reporting on production costs for agricultural products.
- Monitor operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with operational teams to develop and implement cost control strategies.
- Reconcile financial transactions linked to operational expenses.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and statements.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for operational costs.
- Provide management with accurate financial data and actionable insights.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulations related to agricultural accounting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
