POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a Selling Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team.

Duties:

• Managing the sales and marketing of the new or used vehicle sales department
• Meeting monthly sales targets
• Motivating and training sales staff
• Reporting and liaising with head office on monthly sales
• Advertising and promotional activities
• Evaluating trade-in vehicles and pricing vehicle stock

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager with new or pre-owned vehicles
• Considerable experience in vehicle sales
• Experience working in a corporate branded dealership
• Proven track record of meeting targets and ensuring profitability for the department
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid SA driver’s license and clear criminal record
• Grade 12 or tertiary education

Basic salary, plus commission and benefits offered.
