Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Monitoring & Surveillance: Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems, to detect and respond to security breaches or unusual activity.
• Patrol & Inspections: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure all areas are secure and free of safety hazards.
• Access Control: Manage entry and exit points, verify the identity of staff, visitors, and contractors, and maintain access logs.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents, taking appropriate action to secure the area and mitigate risks.
• Report Writing: Prepare detailed and accurate reports on incidents, suspicious activity, and safety hazards, ensuring they are documented and submitted to the appropriate authorities.
• Team Supervision (For Manager/Controller): Supervise and manage a team of security guards, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Communication: Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required and maintain clear communication channels with management and staff.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, including fire safety protocols and emergency evacuation plans.

• Experience:
  • 5 years of experience in a security role (preferably in corporate, industrial, or retail settings).
  • Experience in managing security personnel
• Skills:
  • Strong observational and surveillance skills.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and act quickly during emergencies.
  • Physical fitness for patrolling and responding to incidents.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Clean criminal record.
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred for patrols).
  • Availability for shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
