Seeking Scrum Masters.

POSITION INFO:
Partner with me for opportunities in forward-thinking organizations driven by innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. My clients are constantly seeking dynamic and experienced Scrum Masters to join their teams. As a Scrum Master, you will play a vital role in guiding and facilitating their teams to deliver successful products and projects using Agile methodologies.

Requirements:

Proven 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master leading cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams through Agile practices.
Experience in managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or equivalent is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence) is a plus.
Experience with scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
