What You'll Do:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with flair and efficiency.
• Guide the team through Agile practices, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
• Remove roadblocks, foster communication, and keep the team on track to achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
