10 Months contract with top tier company within the Financial Services / Investment sector for an expert Scrum Master highly skilled in Agile frameworks.

Purpose of the role:
The primary purpose of the Scrum Master role is to ensure that the Scrum / Agile framework is properly implemented and followed by the Scrum team, thereby maximizing the team's productivity and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. The Scrum Master acts as a facilitator, coach, and servant leader, focusing on promoting Agile principles and removing obstacles that impede the team's progress.

Support Scrum/Development Teams

• Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
• Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
• Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
• Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the time-box.

• Helping to find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
• Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
• Helping to establish empirical product planning for a complex environment
• Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed

• Coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption
• Planning and advising Scrum implementations within the organization
• Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
• Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams
• Help influence and maintain desired organisational culture
• Ability to identify levers that will maximise Agile adoption effectiveness and improvement

• Assist Project Manager in Agile planning
• Assist Project Manager in Agile rituals
• Assist Project Manager in Agile execution approach
• Setting up actionable metrics that will provide insights into delivery
