Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, focusing on Apex, Lightning, and Flow
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and security principles
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or third-party platforms)
• Familiarity with financial services or fintech-related solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or equivalent)
• Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments
• Knowledge of banking security standards and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow
• Implement and optimize automation, workflows, and integrations to improve business processes
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security, and compliance standards in the financial industry
• Contribute to both project-based and ad-hoc development work
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce innovations, industry trends, and best practices
• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with banking APIs, third-party applications, and internal systems
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment and testing
