POSITION INFO:
Job Description:
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce applications. You will work closely with the business and IT teams to ensure that our Salesforce environment is optimized and supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
Customize and configure Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices.
Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the highest quality of code.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and features to recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components (LWC).
Experience with Salesforce integrations and working with APIs.
In-depth understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, and process automation (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
Experience with Salesforce development tools (Salesforce DX, VS Code, Git).
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and best practices.
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, are highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
Experience with Salesforce communities, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
