We do have some requirements to be considered for the position:

2-4 years of experience in sales. Recruitment background preferred. Placement Partner experience is an added bonus
Excellent active listening and communication skills both verbal and written
Customer service oriented with a focus on quality
Integrity and honesty – we are working with sensitive data
Strong prospecting, networking and lead-sourcing skills
Ability and willingness to make good cold-calls, even though this will not be your day-to-day role
Willingness to go the extra mile for customers
Proven track record of successful selling
