SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to join their team in KwaZulu-Natal and drive the growth of records and information management solutions in a competitive B2B environment.

POSITION INFO:

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for customer relationships and service excellence?

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales & service plans for regional and key accounts.
Build strong client relationships to ensure service excellence and customer retention.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and drive new business generation.
Lead and motivate a team, ensuring optimal performance and engagement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

🎓 Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
5+ years in sales, with 2+ years in a management role.
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
B2B experience and expertise in document management or related industries.
Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

🚗 Requirements:

Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel between sites and clients.
