We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our client''''s dynamic team and drive the growth of ClubManager, a leading SaaS solution for gym and club management. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS sales and customer service, be fluent in English and Afrikaans, and be comfortable with cold calling, lead enrichment, customer onboarding, and quoting.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, providing first-line customer support, delivering product demos, sending and following up on quotes, and hosting training sessions. You should be comfortable speaking with business owners, fitness professionals, and decision-makers in the industry, explaining how ClubManager can help streamline their operations.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
- Cold call and email gym owners, club managers, and fitness professionals to introduce ClubManager.
- Perform lead enrichment by gathering and updating client details in the CRM.
- Conduct product demos to showcase the features and benefits of ClubManager.
- Create, send, and follow up on quotes for potential clients.
- Track sales activity using CRM tools and follow up with leads systematically.
- Develop a strong understanding of the SaaS product and its advantages to effectively handle objections.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Service & Support
- Handle first-line customer support tickets, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Guide new clients through onboarding and setup.
- Host monthly webinars on key features and best practices for using ClubManager.
- Record and create short training videos to help customers use specific features efficiently.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience to increase retention and referrals.
Marketing & Business Development
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer pain points and common objections.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the manager.
- Gather client feedback and communicate insights to the product team for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor solutions to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of SaaS sales experience (or strong software sales experience).
- Background in customer service or tech support.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).
- Strong computer literacy, with the ability to quickly learn ClubManager’s features.
- Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Experience in creating and following up on quotes.
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers in the fitness or club industry.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both online and over the phone.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and provide excellent service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling software.
- Knowledge of subscription-based software (SaaS) sales and retention strategies.
- Familiarity with basic troubleshooting of SaaS solutions.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
- Friday: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
