SUMMARY:
Our client in Kempton Park would like to appoint a Sales and Business Development Manager with sales experience in the chemical manufacturing industry.

Only candidates from the Chemical manufacturing industry will be considered.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

PGDip in Management (Business Administration) Advantage
Sales and Marketing Degree / Post Graduate Degree / Advanced Diploma
Minimum 10 years sales management experience in a chemical manufacturing industry OR
Minimum 8 years experience in a Business Development / Sales Management role
Willing to travel 30% of the time
Must obtain a satisfactory medical report
Strong knowledge of sales growth techniques
Proven track record of sales / business development process
Manage Business Development Officers / Key Account Managers
Responsible to motivating the team to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to exceed revenue forecast and meet customer needs
