My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join and lead their growing international sales team

More about the opportunity:

The Sales and Business Development Manager will lead the sales and business development team (Based in the USA and South Africa), driving B2B sales, client growth, and relationship management across South Africa and global markets. This role focuses on new business acquisition, strategic partnerships, and expansion of market share within the MedTech industry.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in sales, business development, and client management
Bachelors Degree
Track record of working with large U.S. and international clients in industries such as health and safety, industrial, or pharmaceutical sectors
Proven leadership in managing sales teams
Experience selling complex products and services (preferably in the medical industry)
