Business development and sales

• Represent NCP effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our chloralkali products and offerings.
• Research customer needs and identify how our solutions address them. Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue.
• Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and making forecasts
• Generate leads and establish and nurture client relationships.
• Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends to NCP’s SADC reach.
• Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
• Meet with potential customers and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs an promote all chloro alkali products.
• Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

• Review sales contracts/distributors contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
• Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services
• Oversee tender processes
