Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate
• Driver’s License
• Languages; Fluent in English and one other SA language – preferably Afrikaans (area dependent)
• Min work experience: 6 years’ experience in customer care
• Knowledge of textiles/ fabric industry.

Duties

• Manage credits and claims.
• Handle all KZN, George and PE complaints
• and queries (customer & sales consultants /showroom managers)
• Coordinate reporting, general admin and meetings
• Support payment collection.
• Co-ordinate new account applications.
