A Provider of high-end architectural design furniture, fabrics, textiles and luxury homeware.

Requirements:

National Senior Certificate
Driver’s License
Languages; Fluent in English and one other SA language – preferably Afrikaans (area dependent)
Min work experience: 6 years’ experience in customer care
Knowledge of textiles/ fabric industry.

Duties

Manage credits and claims.
Handle all KZN, George and PE complaints
and queries (customer & sales consultants /showroom managers)
Coordinate reporting, general admin and meetings
Support payment collection.
Co-ordinate new account applications.
