Sales Specialist -Managed Print Services

SUMMARY:
Datacentrix Cape Town is looking for a Sales Specialist in the Managed Print Service division. The Sales Specialist is employed as a Commercial, Technical and Solutions expert with the task of working closely with sales teams, ensuring that the products being offered can be tailored to meet the customers’ requirements.

POSITION INFO:
Primary Role Accountabilities

• The Sales Specialist will understand the manage print solution sales cycle, with the aim to gain and retain annuity clients.
• Support sales efforts with in- depth product and business knowledge
• Producing detailed costing for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable
• To work with the product development teams to capture new customer requirements and develop and expand the product portfolio

• Matric Certificate
• Bachelor’s degree or suitable IT qualification – preferred
• Printer Vendor certifications and qualifications
• Print Management software certification
• 4 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Previous experience working within a sales specialist position
• Must be a subject matter expert with extensive print, software and solutions experience
• An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand
