POSITION INFO:

Minimum Experience

• 5-10 years’ experience in a Senior Sales Management role
• 6 years of people management experience.

Minimum Qualification

• Degree (NQF7) in business management or other required;

Preferred Qualification

• MBA or similar advanced degree - highly desired.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven track record of achieving results in sales.
• Valid Code 8 driver’s license required. 
• Computer literate: Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook required.

• General management including solid understanding of finance, IR and people coaching, hiring, performance management, retention; marketing, business analysis, strategic development and planning, budgeting, and integration between business functions and systems.
• Able to overcome resistance to change and take unpopular decisions when necessary.

• Negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of big business procurement requirements.
• Ability to deal objectively and effectively with multiple tasks on a national level.
