POSITION INFO:
A company known worldwide for its high-efficiency hydraulic motors and drive components is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join their expanding team. With a footprint across multiple industries – from mining to marine – this is a rare opportunity to be the go-to expert on cutting-edge radial piston technology. Non-Negotiable Requirements

Proven track record in technical/industrial sales (minimum 1–3 years)
Deep technical knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical drives
Education in Fluid Power, Hydraulics, or Hydrostatics
Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed
Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate
Valid driver’s license and passport

Job Experience & Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Ability to engage and support OEMs, distributors, and engineering clients
Skilled in cost analysis, CRM use, reporting, and project coordination
Able to work with internal teams across departments, locally and abroad
Comfortable with extended work hours and emergency call-outs when required
Soft skills: strong communication, leadership, decision-making, client management, and business awareness
