We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Gauteng, managing and growing an established portfolio of over 325 accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand a portfolio of 325+ existing accounts.
• Identify and pursue new customers through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Arrange and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to showcase our products.
• Clearly communicate product benefits and key differentiators to drive sales.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers and vendors to maximize sales opportunities.
• Process and track purchase orders efficiently.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and proactively.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of proven sales experience in the optometric or pharmaceutical industry.
• Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel to clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to work independently while exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Must be based in Gauteng or surrounding areas.
