A leading wholesale supplier catering to industries such as manufacturing, automotive, construction, and agriculture is looking to employ a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth through promotion and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in industrial, manufacturing, and construction sectors.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects to drive repeat business.

  • Conduct cold calls, site visits, and client meetings to present our rubber product solutions.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.

• Product Knowledge & Consultation

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product applications, specifications, and benefits.

  • Provide technical advice to customers, ensuring they select the right rubber products for their needs.

  • Work closely with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and production) to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.

• Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving complaints.

  • Build long-term partnerships with key accounts to maximize sales potential.

• Market Research & Reporting

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports for management.

Key Requirements

• Proven sales experience in wholesale or industrial industry.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them to customers.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Valid driver’s license & own vehicle and willingness to travel for client visits.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (preferred).
