Purpose of Position:

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Process & Service Manager for a permanent position based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. Based in the Woodmead office, you will play an important role in supporting the Group Sales Manager in driving growth, optimizing operations, and leading high-performing teams to success.

A Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales environment, with at least 3 years in a management role focusing on optimisation.
- Strong leadership and management expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Experience in Customer Relations Management (CRM) will be an advantage.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on exceeding targets.
- Highly customer focused, with resilience to perform under pressure.
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- The ability to influence and lead change effectively.
- A strong work ethic and flexibility to support a 24-hour operating business that thrives on

innovation and excellence.
