Sales Performance Specialist

SUMMARY:
Job Purpose:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Performance Specialist to enhance the skills and effectiveness of our sales and retention teams. This role will ensure that agents are always improving, staying motivated, and using the best tools and tactics efficiently. This ultimately leads to increased revenue, better customer experiences, and long-term business growth. 
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the Sales & Retentions Performance Development team. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that drive performance, increase revenue, and improve overall sales/retention efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, coaching, and training methodologies, with a passion for fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Training & Coaching

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer engagement.
• Conduct workshops, role-playing exercises, and one-on-one coaching sessions.

• Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback and actionable insights to sales teams and leadership.
• Facilitate the performance management process alongside key stakeholders

• Refine sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
• Implement best practices and sales and retention methodologies that align with business objectives.

• Equip sales teams with the right tools, and sales collateral to support their efforts.
• Ensure agents have access to relevant product knowledge, case studies, and customer insights.

• Develop structured onboarding programs to help new sales and retention agents ramp up quickly.
• Offer ongoing learning and development programs to keep the team updated with industry trends and competitive insights.

• Work with sales and retention team leaders to set achievable goals and sales targets.
• Create incentive programs, recognition initiatives, and motivational strategies to keep sales teams engaged.

• Align sales and retentions training with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Act as a bridge between sales and retentions’ teams and management to improve communication and strategy execution.
