About the Role

As the Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Southern Suburbs region, ensuring targets are met, teams are empowered, and operational excellence is achieved. This is your chance to drive growth, shape strategy, and lead a high-performing branch in a prestigious area.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Financial Leadership: Deliver annual sales, expenditure, and profit targets for the Southern Suburbs.
Operational Oversight: Manage all day-to-day operations, including property consultants and support staff.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a results-oriented team. Drive performance and cultivate talent.
Strategy Implementation: Align regional efforts with national sales goals and ensure consistent execution of company standards and values.
Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with executive leadership to refine and execute broader business strategies.
