Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for capital equipment and engineering solutions? A global player in the Feed & Biofuel industry is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen brand presence across South Africa. If you thrive in a technical sales environment and enjoy building lasting relationships with key industrial players, then this role was made for you.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• ✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• ✅ Proven track record in technical sales of capital equipment and complex projects
• ✅ Experience working with customers in feed, biomass, energy, or similar industrial sectors
• ✅ Skilled in using CRM systems and managing the full sales cycle
• ✅ Fluent in English (Afrikaans, or other languages, a bonus)
• ✅ Willing and able to travel nationally and internationally (up to 50%)
• ✅ Valid driver’s license

• 🧩 Strong understanding of the Feed & Biofuel market, including animal feed, pet food, extrusion, and biomass
• 🚀 Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and expand market share
• 🤝 Experience managing agent and channel partner networks across a region
• 🛠️ Technical aptitude in engineering machinery, plant solutions, and project sales
• 📊 Skilled at identifying opportunities, tracking pipeline activity, and reporting performance
• 🌍 Confident representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements
