Sales Manager (Chemicals)

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with expertise in the chemical industry to join their team in Durbanville.

POSITION INFO:
Key Focus Areas:

Conduct marketing landscape analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Build competitive sales and marketing strategies tailored for the South African market.

Execute and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by leveraging your industry expertise and market knowledge.

Key Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

Education: Relevant degree in Chemical

Experience: 5-8 years of proven sales and business development experience in the chemical industry, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Industry Knowledge: Working experience in the distribution/trading sector will be important.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Adaptability to work across diverse cultures and markets.

Strategic thinker with a customer-focused approach.
