Degree in Marketing / Business Administration,
Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role, preferably within the BUILDING / CONSTRUCTION industry (minimum 5 years)
Strong understanding of modern sales techniques and marketing channels, including digital platforms
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools

The Head of Sales is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth, enhance brand presence, and achieve revenue and profitability targets. This role involves leading a dynamic team, collaborating across departments, and ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and goals.

DUTIES:

Drive sales growth through effective planning, forecasting, and execution of sales strategies.

Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
Identify new market opportunities and expand business into new regions or segments.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and marketing teams to achieve high performance.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics, market trends, and campaign outcomes to senior leadership.
