SUMMARY:
Join one of South Africa’s top hospitality brands as a Sales Manager overseeing luxury lodges, hotels, and private villas. We’re looking for a strategic, client-focused professional with a proven record of driving revenue through relationship-led sales.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute high-end sales strategies targeting HNWIs, DMCs, and global travel partners
Represent the brand at international and local trade shows
Manage corporate, MICE, and leisure accounts
Track KPIs, manage CRM systems, and prepare sales reports

Requirements:

Minimum 4–6 years in luxury hospitality sales (lodges/hotels)
Existing network of travel industry contacts (local and international)
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally
