Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems.
