Sales Development Representative (Remote)

If so, we want to hear from you! Our client is seeking a highly motivated SDR to join their growing sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business by prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the Account Executives. You will be the first point of contact for many potential customers, and your ability to build rapport and effectively communicate their value proposition will be essential to their success.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for and identify qualified leads through a variety of channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
• Conduct thorough lead qualifications to ensure they fit the products or services well.
• Research and understand prospect needs and challenges to effectively position their solutions
• Develop strong communication skills to build rapport and engage leads in meaningful conversations.
• Set qualified appointments for Account Executives and ensure a smooth handoff.
• Manage a personal sales pipeline and track progress toward meeting individual and team goals.
• Utilize CRM software to record lead interactions and pipeline data accurately.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor landscape, and company offerings.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field (experience in B2B sales preferred)
• Proven track record of success in lead generation and qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices
• Proficient in using CRM software (Hubspot experience a plus)
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
• A coachable attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the sales industry
